London's Air Ambulance team arrive on scene after 20 year-old motorcyclist Tyler collides with a car, they find serious injuries to his right leg, jaw and arm and blood coming out of his ear. Lance Corporal Lee has surgery to bring his spine and pelvis back into the right position after a paragliding accident.
